Debbra Millard: It has always been my natural passion to be in the Hair Care business and I now have over 20 years of experience since graduating from the Executive Beauty School in Portland, Oregon. I worked many years in Lake Oswego followed by more than eight years living and working in Stockholm, Sweden. This gave me a good cross sectional view of the business, allowing me to attend hair shows in France and the UK.

I still enjoy the creativity of my work, which allows me to get to know what really works for my clients, their needs and their life styles, and advising them on products to properly maintain their hair between visits. I constantly keep up with the new and latest techniques in coloring, cutting and styling by attending courses and seminars. In Stockholm, Sweden, where there were events such as Oscar and Nobel Awards and Film premiers, I had many celebrity clients having broad ranges of needs in hair care.

Since returning to Oregon, I worked in several Hair Salons before opening Panache Hair Salon.

Scottie Wittenberg: I grew up with a salon background as my mother is the wonderful hair stylist described above. I decided early on that I wanted to be a stylist and in 2010 became a fully licensed graduate of the Aveda Institute in Portland. As part of Aveda, I was a participant in Aveda's Cat Walk for Water in 2009. I am fully up on the latest hair styles and styling, cutting and coloring techniques.

I am also licensed in professional makeup applications.

Brittney Welch: I am a master Esthetician and permanent makeup tech. I was trained at Esthetics North West in Eugene Oregon where I completed 1200 hours of a master Esthetics training program and over 500 hours of permanent makeup training. I love what I do and my clients saftey and satisfaction is my priority. I am here to service you with all your skin care or permanent makeup needs.
